An <br /> additional sheet may be added if necessary to conform with said requirements. <br /> (a) Corner location : Township 8 North <br /> Range 10 East I I <br /> Town , City/Village Burke I I <br /> S <br /> County Dane Section 24 <br /> (b)(f)(g)(h) Description of monument found at this corner and if it was accepted, state all <br /> evidence (material, testimonial, occupational, plats, records, other monuments) used <br /> as a basis for accepting. If not accepted or if nothing was found, state evidence <br /> used as basis for establishing location. If reestablished through lost corner <br /> proportionate methods, indicate all monuments, distances and directions used to <br /> establish. <br /> Brass Cap Monument as shown on U.S. Public Land Survey Monument Record by Carl Sandsnes, <br /> dated January 12, 2007, missing. Set 1-1/4"x30" Iron Bar per three ties found from said Record <br /> (one tie had cap missing; 3/4" Iron Bar remained). 1-1/4" Rebar found lying on ground in vicinity <br /> of fourth tie location shown on said Record.
