<br /> 4.Of the witness monuments on the Sandsnes Feb 16 2004 monument record,the 44.23 ft and
<br /> 53.61 ft tie monuments were not found. Sandsnes 2004 cumulative dimensions between P2 and
<br /> P3 are within 0.02 feet of mine,but they give a section corner position N62°51'E, 5.47 ft from LOCATION SKETCH
<br /> the monument(P1). Sandsnes 2004 county coordinates of P1,N=477705.27 US ft, E-
<br /> 810565.09 US ft, are 0.09 ft south and 0.05 ft west of mine, some of which may be datum shift.
<br /> It is assumed the 2004 record has tie dimension errors. My P1 elevation of 910.58 feet is not /'8
<br /> directly comparable with the Sandsnes 2004 cap elevation of 910.72 due to loose cap. Sandsnes
<br /> 2004 tie sheet states cap was 0.5 feet below surface,which might be compared to my PI =
<br /> 920.58 ft+my 0.42 ft up to casting rim-0.5 ft=920.50 ft for a 2004 cap elevation,a
<br /> difference of 0.22 ft from the Sandsnes 2004 cap elevation.
<br /> 5.All 4 witness monuments(P3-P6)were recovered from the Burse Jan P6 i �0�q%0`L
<br /> 24 2012 monument record. Burse 2012 tie dimensions for P4 P6 are ' N �`p
<br /> within 0.02 feet of mine,P3 within 0.07 ft(pipe close to driveway, 6�OOQ'

<br /> computed from best fit to my P4-P6 coordinates is N=477705.47 US ft,
