<br /> 5. Of the witness ties on the Sandsnes Feb 16 2004 monument record,the 66.06 ft tie
<br /> monument was not found. Sandsnes 2004 dimensions to tie P3 and P4 match mine to
<br /> 0.02 ft. The Sandsnes 2004 record shows a 21.15 ft distance to a chisel X on a manhole
<br /> rim; I found no chisel X but my measured distance to the center of the manhole rim
<br /> was 22.15 ft,which would match a chisel X on the northeastlery rim. Sandsnes 2004
<br /> county coordinates of P1,N=477743.75 US ft, E-805258.05 US ft, are 0.01 ft south
<br /> and 0.07 ft west of mine, some of which may be datum shift. My P1 elevation of LOCATION SKETCH
<br /> 1014.13 ft is 0.11 ft larger than the Sandsnes 2004 elevation of 1014.02 ft(same
<br /> vertical datum).
