I 1 <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> REPLACED EXISTING CONCRETE MONUMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TIES FROM GEORGE RADL TIE SHEET OF 2-6-90 <br /> EXISTING MONUMENT WAS TIPPED AND UNSTABLE A 3/8-INCH SPIKE HAD BEEN SET NEAR THE MONUMENT. WE <br /> ADJUSTED THE LOCATION TO FIT THE RECORDED TIE DISTANCES FROM THE SPIKE IN POWER POLE TO THE SOUTHEAST <br /> (15594)AND FROM THE IRON PIPE TO THE SOUTH(6579) THIS LOCATION FIT THE BASE OF THE CONCRETE MONUMENT <br /> WHICH APPEARED TO BE UNDISTURBED. THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE MONUMENT WAS DAMAGED AND THE TOP FOOT <br /> HAD SEPARATED FROM THE BASE. TWO 1/2-INCH REINFORCING BARS EXTENDED FROM THE UPPER POR77ON OF THE <br /> MONUMENT TO THE BASE AND WERE CONNECTED TO THE TOP BUT HAD BEEN SEPARATED FROM THE BASE <br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments, or, if <br /> the location is within a municipality, to at least 2 witness monuments.
