Sondsness, dated November 1, 1998 and <br />tie sheet by some dated March 20, 2007, l found the three (3) of the four (s 1"0 Iron Pipes as shown on tie <br />sheet dated November 1, 1998 and one (1) 1 "0 Iron Pipe lying on its side on top of the rock pile. I accepted the <br />City of Madison Brass Capped Monument (see pictures, tied into the three (J) witness monuments, end re —set the <br />fourth (4th) witness monument as referenced below. Date of field survey r? monument recovery was February 15, <br />2016. Elevations provided on section corners are based upon the NAVD88 Datum. <br />(c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness <br />monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron, or other equally durable material.) Describe <br />witness monuments. <br />(d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail <br />to enable accurate relocation of the corner monument if the comer monument is disturbed.
