Motion <br /> carried - 4-0. <br /> Public hearing notice was read and public hearing opened. Testimony was <br /> recorded on tape. <br /> #1651. Appeal by Frederick Rouse for a variance from required setback from <br /> road, sideyard and rearyard as provided by Sections 10.08 (7) , 10.08 (8) + <br /> 10.17 (3) to permit existing apartment building after lot division at 833 W. <br /> Badger Road in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 35 , Town of Madison. <br /> No appearances. <br /> #1652. Appeal by Phil + Marjorie Crawford for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to permit accessory <br /> building as constructed at 1780 Hawkinson Road - in the E 1/2 NW 1/4 + W 1/2 <br /> NE 1/4 - Section 34 , Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: P.
