Two existing reference ties from the previous Karns monument record for the SW <br /> corner of Section 35 were found and two reference ties were found from the Barnes monument record for the <br /> NW corner of Section 2. Each of these are tied together in with the distance between the monuments of <br /> 14.52'. CSM's 7300, 8273 and 13436 all call for the PK Nail as previously shown on the monument records as <br /> the corner. The distances were verified to the South 1/4 corner of Section 34 and the South 1/4 corner of <br /> Section 35 based on the CSM's. The corner was reestablished from existing ties and existing surveys.
