A. The <br /> center of section was established as the intersection of the East line of Ponderosa Acres and the east-west <br /> quarter line for Section 18. This location matches the surveys on the north side of C.T.H. A being Ponderosa <br /> Acres and CSM 12508 which also matches the overall east-west 1/4 section line distance. However the <br /> existing surveys on the South side of C.T.H. A(CSM No. 3622 and 6032) have the corner 4.37 feet easterly of <br /> what was set but also match the overall east-west 1/4 section line distance. Ponderosa Acres was the first <br /> survey in the area and the east line was intended to be on the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest <br /> 1/4 of section 18 and used to reset the corner location.
