Reference ties from the previous tie sheets dated September 3, 2003, April 13, <br /> 2006, and October 25, 2007 were recovered. A Survey Spike with washer was set at the location established <br /> from the existing reference ties and at the surface elevation of the asphalt pavement. The survey spike was <br /> located in the westerly striping of the beginning of a striped median.
