One reference tie was located from <br /> the previous monument record by Schneeberger. The previous monument record notes a 3/4" Iron rebar was <br /> found and replaced with a Dane County monument. CSM's 7323 and 12065 along with a plat of survey no. <br /> 2006-00912 all refer to the corner as being an aluminum monument. The distances to the adjacent section <br /> corners match check very well with the previous distances shown on the existing monument record and <br /> existing surveys. No reference to the removal of the section corner and replacement with a 3/4" Iron rebar <br /> was found. The 3/4" Iron Rebar was accepted as the location of the corner with reference to the existing tie <br /> and the distances to the existing adjacent section corners.
