DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br /> through j). <br /> (a) CORNER LOCATION MARK CORNER LOCATION <br /> SECTION NUMBER: 3 <br /> TOWNSHIP 05 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST <br /> 3 <br /> DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br /> NORTHING: 426,082.43 <br /> EASTING: 878,253.88 • <br /> HORIZONTAL DATUM &ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br /> ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: 895.44 VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence,testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> An Aluminum Monument was found in a metal hand hole approximately 16.7 feet south of the centerline <br /> U.S.H. 51 and near the centerline of Pleasant Hill Road. The monument is noted as being incorrect from the <br /> latest reconstruction of USH 151 according to the latest tie sheet and shown on the recent surveys in the area <br /> noting the true corner location. A Survey Spike with washer was set approximately 30.4 feet south of the <br /> centerlline of U.S.H. 51 and 3.5 feet east of the centerline of Pleasant Hill Road and the distances matched to <br /> the adjacent section corners per the section survey completed in 1989 when the original monument was <br /> uncovered and matched the distances from the existing monument placed incorrectly in the roadway and <br /> shown on the tie sheet. Four new reference ties were set. <br /> (c) CORNER LOCATION SKETCH: In the sketch, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments of <br /> lasting durable material. <br /> (d) The sketch shall include physical features surrounding the monument location sufficient to easliy find the <br /> monument when in the general area, such as but not limited to utility poles, signs, trees, edge of forests or <br /> cropland, field lanes, water bodies, pavement, buildings, etc. Sketch shall also indicate north and scale, and <br /> include descriptions of symbols, in sketch or by legend. <br /> I—II <br /> N <br /> LL^w <br /> 2 <br /> BACK OF CURB <br /> W /am <br /> BACK OF CURB <br /> s N.87°22'51"E. <br /> • --- 121.88' <br /> 0 zs so' — N.18°35'44"W.
