The monument is noted as being incorrect from the <br /> latest reconstruction of USH 151 according to the latest tie sheet and shown on the recent surveys in the area <br /> noting the true corner location. A Survey Spike with washer was set approximately 30.4 feet south of the <br /> centerlline of U.S.H. 51 and 3.5 feet east of the centerline of Pleasant Hill Road and the distances matched to <br /> the adjacent section corners per the section survey completed in 1989 when the original monument was <br /> uncovered and matched the distances from the existing monument placed incorrectly in the roadway and <br /> shown on the tie sheet.
