<br /> I found an Aluminum Monument 5"f below the asphalt pavement surface per tie sheet by Carl M. Sandsness, dated
<br /> November 1, 1998. I found the northeasterly, easterly, and southeasterly 1-14" solid iron rods as referenced on said
<br /> tie sheet. I accepted the Aluminum Monument (see picture), tied into the 1—%4" rods, and placed one (1) tie as
<br /> referenced below. Date of field survey& monument recovery was February 15, 2016. Elevations provided on section
<br /> corners are based upon the NAVD88 Datum.
<br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness
<br /> monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron, or other equally durable material.) Describe E %4 COR.

<br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail ALUM/NUM
