DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br /> through j). <br /> (a) CORNER LOCATION MARK CORNER LOCATION <br /> SECTION NUMBER: 31 <br /> TOWNSHIP 05 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST <br /> II-- 31 <br /> DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br /> NORTHING: 401,775.76 <br /> EASTING: 825,250.12 <br /> HORIZONTAL DATUM &ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br /> ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: 984.50 VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence,testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> A Dane County Aluminum Monument was found near the centerline intersection of S.T.H. 92 (Church Street) <br /> and S.T.H. 104 to the South. The monument is approximately 1.8'West of the centerline of S.T.H. 104 to the <br /> South and C.T.H. MM to the North and at the centerline of S.T.H. 92. The location matches what is shown on <br /> previous tie sheets however the intersection has been reconstructed. The origin of the aluminum monument is <br /> not known as to the replacement of the previous monument. The location of the Dane County Aluminum <br /> Monument was accepted based on the location relative to the centerlines shown on the previous tie sheets <br /> and as used in previous surveys in the area.
