The 1" Iron Pipe <br /> was reset based on CSM No. 7937 which appeared to be the base of the pipe location and also was within 0.3' <br /> of an equidistant split between the Northeast and Southeast corners of Section 28 according to the original <br /> monument record. All original ties had been removed.
