The <br /> Iron Pipe appears to have been set by Arden Sandsnes according to Survey Plat 6031-L and reference again <br /> in CSM No. 13963. The distances to the adjacent section corners as shown in previous surveys checked well. <br /> The location of the 1 1/2" Iron Pipe was accepted as the section corner based on the use in previous surveys <br /> in the area.
