The theoretical center of section at the intersection of the North-South <br /> and East-West 1/4 lines falls 15.9'easterly and 4.9' northerly of this location. The occupation is very evident in <br /> this location and the fence is still visible and the corner post brackets still exist. The location of the fence <br /> corner was the best evidence of the corner at this location.
