I DID NOT FIND THE 34' REBAR SET BY ROBERT SCHNEEBERGER TIE SHEET DATED DEC. 17, 2002, I DID FIND A NAIL WITH RIBBON ON IT SET IN THE CENTER OF A DETERI❑RATING ALUMINUM MONUMENT. I SHOT THE NAIL AND IT CHECKS REASONABLY WELL TO 3 OF THE FOUND TIES PER, IT ALSO CHECKS TO THE CENTER OF SECTION 33 AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 28 PER CSM NO, 13514. I SET A REBAR IN ITS PLACE AND TIED OUT AS SHOWN BELOW. (c) CORNER LOCATION SKETCH1 in the sketch, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments of lasting durable material.
