NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> flY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 25. PETITION X13261 by Francis Blaska and Beverly Vokey to include the following de- <br /> scribed land in the R-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NW corner of Section 14; thence South 774.8 feet alongthe West <br /> line of the NW quarter of said Section 14 to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> South 285.6 feet; thence East 175.0 feet; thence North 285.6 feet; thence West <br /> 175.0 feet; to the West line of the NW quarter Section 14 and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> he prepared for approval and recorded.
