Tract A as indicated on map. <br /> All that part of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 18, Town 7 North, Range 9 East, in the Town of Madison, Dane County, <br /> • Wisconsin, and more partiuclarly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 18 where said line intersects the Southwesterly line of the right-of- <br /> way of the Chicago Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; <br /> Thence hest along said section line 892.0 feet to a point on the Northeasterly side of the highway known as the Sauk Road, <br /> said point being also the Southwest corner of a strip of land, 3 rods in width, conveyed by William Dueppen and wife to Edward T. <br /> Owen by warranty deed, No. 208408, ;dated October 22, 1895 and recorded in Volume 158 of Deeds on Page 117; <br /> Thence North 80° 51' East along the Southeasterly line of said Owen lands 231.0 feet; <br /> Thence North 5° 35' East along the Easterly line of said Owen lands, 113.4 feet; <br /> Thence North 69° 31' East along the Southeasterly line of said Owen lands, 359.6 feet to the Southwesterly line of the right- <br /> of-way of the Chica _o M' lwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; <br /> o.,tht <br /> Thenceiaiong saic right-of-way line, which is a curved line convex toward the Southwest, haveing a radius of 2505.7 feet, 416.9 <br /> feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Containing 2.72 acres more or less. . <br /> 2.
