Mazomanie lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St.. Paul & Pacific Railroad right-of-way; ALSO • including the South 1 of the Northeast 3 of said Section 26 except the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad; ALSO including the Northwest ; of the Southeast 4 of said Section 26 except the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad; ALSO Including the Northeast ; of the Southeast ; of said Section 26; ALSO including the Southeast 4 of the Northwest k of said Section 26. be detached from Joint School District No. 3, Villages of Prairie du Sac, Sauk City. and Merrimac, and Towns of Franklin, Honey Creek, Merrimac, Prairie du Sac, Sumpter, and Troy, Sauk County, and Towns of Berry, Dane, Mazomanie, Roxbury and Springfield, Dane County, and Towns of Caledonia and West. Point, Columbia County, State of Wisconsin and attached to Joint School District 1, Villages of Black Earth and Mazomanie and Towns of B'.ack Earth, Mazomanie, Cross Plains, Roxbury, Berry and Vermont, Dane County and the Town of Arena, Iowa County, Wisconsin This order shall take effect on February 10, 1972. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed as required by Sec. 117.01(2)(c) of the Statutes, with the Secretary of CESA 15 Agency School Committee. Dated this 10th of February, 1972. •
