<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits of the City of Madison, said point
<br /> being in the Easterly plat line of Third Addition to Meadowood a
<br /> recorded plat in Section 6, T 6 N, R 9 E, Town of Fitchburg, Dane
<br /> County, Wisconsin and 549.8 feet South of the North line of said
<br /> Section 6. Thence South 89° 55' East, 203.44 feet, to the point of
<br /> intersection with a line that is parallel to and 716 feet West to
