<br /> point in the limits line of the City of Madison, said point being the NE
<br /> corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N, R 8 E, Town of
<br /> Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin; thence South 671.4 feet along the East
