<br />This deed is given in conformity with the provisions of an escrow agree -
<br />ment entered into the /ice day of June, 1939 between L. H. Tyerne and
<br />Katharine V. Tyerne, his wife and Leon P. Geiger, subject to the following
<br />restrictions: namely: First: For a period of twenty -five (25) years .tram
<br />Septetber 8, 1911, the porch or other line of structure erected on these prem-
<br />ises shall not be nearer than twenty (20) feet to any street abutting on
<br />these premises.
<br />Second: That during said period of twenty -five (25) years no outbuild-
<br />ings of any kind shall be erected on these premises more than one story in
<br />height.
<br />Third: That these premises shall not be sold, leased or conveyed to p -er-
<br />sons of African blood for a period of twenty -five (25) years from date tere-
<br />Of • Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
<br />appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said part ies of the
