<br />The above described property is subject to the following restrictions:
<br />1. No building shall be erected on thg above deseribed\wemises nearer than
<br />twenty -five feet from the front line, nor nearer than ten feet from the side line.
<br />2. No trailer, basement, tent; shack, garage, barn, or out building ereoted on
<br />said premises shall at any time be used as a residence.
<br />3. No building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved on the above described
<br />premises.
<br />4. No building to be used as a residence shall be erected unless the actual cost
<br />of said building be not less than $2500.00.
<br />5. Only members of the cauoasian race shall use or occupy any dwellings,
<br />excepting that this shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a
<br />different race employed by an owner or tenant.
<br />Parties of the second part agree to pay parties of the first part one -half () of
<br />the total cost of grading the whole of the streets (according to the recorded r+1at)
<br />fronting the above described premises, if and when done by parties of the first _,art.
