<br />-one Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />to he r in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />confessed and acknowledged., ha S given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed
<br />and confirmed, and by these presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and
<br />confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the follow-
<br />ing described real estate, situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:
<br />A part of Lot Two (2), -Block One (1), Lake View Heights,
<br />in the Town of Westport described as follows: Commencing
<br />at a point on the East-line of said Lot 2,,Black'l, Lake
<br />View Heights,in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 25, Town 8
<br />North, Range 9 East, which point is 125 feet North of the
<br />Southeast corner of said lot; thence North along the east
<br />line of said lot 75 feet; thence Wiest at right angles to
<br />the east line of said lot 150 feet; thence South parallel
<br />to the East line.of said lot 75 feet; thence East 150 feet
<br />to the point of beginning.
<br />The above described property is subject to tip following
<br />restrictions:
<br />1. No building shall be erected on the above described premises
<br />.,nearer than twenty-Five feet , from the Front line, nor nearer
<br />than ten feet from the side line.
<br />.2. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or out
<br />building erected on said premises shall at any time be used
<br />as a residence,
<br />3. No building previottsly erected elsewhere shall be moved on
<br />the above described premises.
<br />4. No building to be used as a residence shall be erected unless
<br />the -actual cost of said building be not less than $2500.00.

<br />''dwellingst excepting that this shall not prevent occupancy
<br />f3y domestic servants of a different race- employed by an
