That for sa'_d period of twenty —fi-ve years no more than one dwelling house <br />shall be constructed on any lot in said plat without written consent of the Frost <br />Woods Company; however, the Frost Woods Company hereby gives its consent to the <br />division of this tract into two (Z) building sites, each having 70 feet frontage on <br />the road and 474 -feet frontage each on the lane. <br />6. Durin; said twenty —five year period it is agreed that no barn or outhouse <br />or garage shall be constructed upon said plat or an;r lot in the plat without written <br />consent of the Frost Woods Company as to its necessity and location. <br />7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon <br />a site not less than 20 feet from road line, and not less than 100 feet from the lake. <br />
