f' TENTATNE ZONEIG ORDINANCE -DAKE 'COUNTY, T-MCONSIN Wisconsin State Planning Board Julie 17, 1033 A Zoning Ordinance enacted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 59.97 and 59.99 of the 'statutes and providing -penalties for the violation of its provisions. The Board of Supervisors of Dane County does ordain, as follows: SECTION Io DEFINITIONS For the purposes of this ordinance; certain words and terms are defined as follows: Words used in the present tense include the future', words in the singular number include the plural number and words in,the plural number include'the singular number; the -Word "building" - includes the word "structure ", the word It is mandatory and not;di- rectory, Accessory Building: A supplemental building or portions of the main building, the use of which is incidental to the main building. Boarding house: A building other than a hotel where meals are sold, pursuant to previous arrangement and not to anyone who may' apply, for five�(5) or more persons not members of the'family.
