ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3015 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SPRINGDALE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 9V 1/4 of Section 13 Town of Springdale dcscr:bed as follows: <br />BTginning 715 feet South of Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 Si.J 1/4 on Northwest <br />right-of-way line of Dairy Ridge Road- thence North 148.5 feet- thence Southwest <br />parallel to said Northwest right-of-way line of Dairy Ridge Road 181.5 feet; <br />thence South 148.5 feet; thence Northeasterly 181.5 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br />EFFECTIVE: OCT 18 1933 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
