<br />1. None of said lots shall be conveyed �o,used,owned.,nor occmpi.ed by _negroes as owner or, tenant.
<br />2.For a period of twsnty-five years from October 1,1921,first party shall have the right to, require

<br />plans for the exterior design of any building_or. structure to be�rected upon any lot in said plat to
<br />be first submitted to. and. approved by an expertacceptable acceptable to first party.
<br />3.. That for said period of twenty-five years .no building on any lot in said plat shall be used for
<br />other than residence purposes without written consent of the first party. _
<br />4.That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected elsewhere shall_ be moved
<br />upon any lot in said plat.
<br />5.That for said period of. twenty-five yeers no more than -one dwelling.house shall be constructed on
<br />__ any lot in said plat without the, written consent of the first party.
<br />6.During said twenty-five year period it is agreed -that no wind mill be constructed upon said lots or
<br />any lot in said. plat and that no barn or outhouse or garage shall be constructed. upon said plat or any
<br />lot in the plat without written consent of the party of the first part as to its necessity and location
<br />7. That the .dwelling house to be erected_ upon said lot shall be erected upon substantially the site _
<br />indicated for the same upon the map_ of said First and Second additions to Shorewood prepared by O.C.
<br />Simonds and Company.
<br />FIt is further understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to the lake on
<br />Out.lots Two (2)_ .k. Three (3) in Shorewood; _the location of _said right of way to be designated .by party
<br />of the -first part.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, claim or demand -,vhatsoever, of the said party of the first part; either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
<br />in and to the above bargained premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
