<br />1..None of said lots shall be conveyed to,used,owned nor occupied by negroes as OTner or tenant.
<br />2. For a period of twenty-five yearslgrom netober 1,1921,first party shall have the right to re-
<br />quire plans for the exterior design of any building or structure to be erected upon any lot in said
<br />plat to be first submitted to and approved by an expert a,ccaptable to first party.
<br />3. That for said period of twenty-five years no building on any lot in said plat shall be used for
<br />other than residence purposes without written consent of the first party.
<br />4. That for said period of twenty-five years no building previously erected.i�lsewhore shall be
<br />moved upon any lot in said plat.
<br />5. That for said period of twenty-five years no more than one dwelling douse shall be constructed
<br />on any lot in said plat without the written consent of the first party.
<br />6. During said twenty-five year period it is agreed that no. wind trnill be constructed upon said lots
<br />or any lot in said plat and that, no barn or outhouse or garage shall -be constructed upon said plat
<br />of any lot in the plat without wnitten consent of the party of the first part as to its necessity
<br />and location.
<br />7. That the dwellint! house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon substantially the sate
<br />indicated for the sane upon the map of said First and Second additions to Shorewood prepared by
<br />O. S_. Simonds and Company.
<br />It is further understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to lake Man-
<br />dota ower Outlots Two (2) and Three (3) in Shorewood;the location of said right of wavy to be des-
<br />ignated by party of the .first part.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
<br />in and to the above bargained premises, and their hereditaments and appurtenances.
