<br />7. That the dwelling house to be erected upon said lot shall be erected upon substantially the site
<br />indicated for the same upon the map of said Fourth Addition to Shorewood prepared by 0. C. Simonds and
<br />Company.
<br />It is further understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a right of way to the ;Lake on Ou
<br />lots Two (2) ic Three (3) in Shorewood; the location of said right of way, to be designated by party of

<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
