Graves, of Dane County, in the State of Wis- consin, for the sum of Three .Thousand Dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the following Real Estate,ih Dane County In the State of Wisconsin,to-wit:Lot Six (6) Block Six (6) of Shore Acres Plat, Town of Blooming Grnva, according to they: recorded plat thereof, subject to the following restrictions:- First:That for a period of twenty-five (25) years from Sept, 8,1914,the porch o -R other line of structure erected on these premises shall not be nearer than twenty (2o) Peet to the lot line of any street abutting on thgse,premisas; Second: That during said period of twenty-five (25) years no:out-buildings of any kind stall be; erected on thesse premises more than one story in height.
