<br />First : That for a period of twenty-five years' from September 8th, 1911, the porch or other line
<br />of structure erected on these promises shall not be nearer then twenty feet to any street abutting
<br />on these premises.
<br />Second: That during said period of twenty-five years no tutbuildings of any kind shall be erected
<br />on these premises more than one story in height
<br />Third: That these promises shall not be sold, leased or conveyed to persons of African blood for
<br />a period of twenty-five years from the date thereof.
<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of,
