noc�x��u�r <br />i�ara�u IL <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />TOIL '�r= <br />Piper Brothers Company, a Wisconsin corporation, <br />duly authorized and existing under and by virtue of the <br />laws of- the State of Visconsin, located at 'Kadison, Dane <br />County, Wisconsin, grantor, hereby conveys and warrants <br />to James S. Cunningham of :;Iadison, Wisconsin, for the sure of <br />one dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />,following tract of land situated in the Town of 11:adison, <br />Dane County, Wisconsin, to -wit& <br />A parcel of land 9 rods in frontage on Orchard <br />Drive in the Town of ;ladison, Dane County, Wisconsin$ with <br />a death of 20 rods being more particularly described as follors: <br />commencing at the intersection of the north line of the <br />Southeast one - quarter of the Northwest one - quarter of Section 29, <br />Toxin ?
