<br />(9) East (Township of Fitchburg) Dane County, Wisconsin, and described
<br />more fully as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of a highway
<br />66 feet in width, which point is 1034 >7 feet South as measured along the
<br />East line of said Section six (6) and North 890 Vilest 530 feet from the
<br />northeast corner of said Section 6, which is the point of beginning of
<br />this conveyance, being a point in the center of the said above mentioned
<br />highway; thence North 890 Vilest 411.77 feet more or less to the West line
<br />of Joel A. Harley land; thence South 150 feet along said West line; thence
<br />South 890 East 414.84 feet more or less to the center of highway; thence
<br />North to East 150 feet along the center of said highway to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Reserving therefrom the East 33 feet of said parcel which is to be used
<br />for highway purposes in common with others.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this conveyance shall be subject to the
<br />reservations and restrictions hereinafter stated, which said reservations
<br />and restrictions are to be construed as convenants running with tiie land,
<br />to wit:
<br />1. None of the premises above described shall be conveyed to,
<br />used, owned or occupied by negroes as owner or tenant.
<br />2. That for a period of twenty -five years no building except
<br />accessory buildings on said premises shall be used for other than
<br />residence purposes.
<br />3. That for a period of twenty -five years no building shall be
<br />constructed upon or occupy said premises which shall cost less than
<br />three thousand dollars.
