<br />(a) The location of all buildings on premises are to be approved by the
<br />vendor. (b) . None of said- l:,o -te- -shall�be�evnveye'd to, used, owned or
<br />occupied by_negroes as owner or tenant. (c) For a period of twenty -five
<br />years from July 1, 19331 the vendor shall have the right to require plans
<br />for the exterior design of any building or structure to be erected upon
<br />an lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by the vendor.
<br />{d That for said period of twenty -five years no building or any lot
<br />in said plat shall be used for other than residence purposes without
<br />written consent of the first party. (e) That for said period of twenty -
<br />five years no buildings previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon
