<br />on Pages 494-498, as Document Number 4140764. The City of Madison also releases its rights to that
<br />portion of the existing 55' Wide Open Space Easement as shown on said recorded plat of PINE HILL
<br />FARM that lies within the new Lot 7 of this Replot. The City of Madison also releases its rights to that
<br />portion of the existing 55' Wide Non-Exclusive Drainage Easement recorded os Doc. #4213494 that lies
<br />within the new Lot 7 of this Replat.
