The purpose of this rezone is to split the <br />existing parcel into two in order to sell one of the parcels. The other parcel will remain with Onno <br />and adjoiner other lands that he owns. The current use of the land is part agricultural field and part <br />woods. <br /> <br />Per application guidelines, I am providing the following information: <br /> <br />1. Existing uses of property: <br />The property is currently part agricultural field and part woods. <br /> <br />2. Existing uses of all neighboring properties: <br />This parcel is surrounded by woods, agricultural crop lands and a few rural residential <br />lots. <br /> <br />3. Proposed uses of the rezoned area: <br />The proposed use is to sell off one lot for a residential house site. <br /> <br />4. Time schedule for development: <br />Not applicable, once the lot is created the lot will go up for sale so there is no plans at <br />this time to change the existing conditions. <br /> <br />5.
