As I told you, I represent <br />Gary and Sharon Damrow who are selling property to Keith and Joan Rademacher. The <br />closing on this transaction is scheduled for January 4, 2010. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that the Rademachers will be making application to rezone the <br />property they are purchasing from the Damrows.
