<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10159 EFFECT: JULY 28~ 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Map of <br />the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District, the following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10159 <br /> <br />Part of Section 29, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> <br />A-lEX TO RH-2 <br />PART OF THE NEl/4 OF THE NWl/4 OF SECTION 29, T 6N, R8E, TOWN OF <br />VERONA, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED <br />AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 29; Thence South <br />674.50 feet along the North-South Quarterline to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence continue <br />South 509.11 feet along said quarterline said line being within the right-of-way of Sugar River <br />Road, Thence N 78 degrees 39' -1 O"W 407.00 feet along the North Line of Lot 1, Certified <br />Survey Map No. 6180,Thence S 82 degrees 45'-40"W 369.92 feet along the North Line of said <br />Lot I,Thence North 463.39 feet, Thence N 89 degrees 05'-00"E 766.11 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. CONTAINING 8.00 Acres or 348,480 square feet including road right-of-way <br />or 7.76 Acres or 338,138 square feet excluding road right-of-way. Subject to existing Sugar <br />River Road over the East 20 feet. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section I0.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br />its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br />recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br />Dane County Zoning. <br /> <br />
