<br />Petition to Rezone Land <br /> <br />A petition to rezone approximately 15-acres from A-I EX to A-2 is being requested by <br />the petitioner on land located in Dane County and in the Town of Blue Mounds. The <br />Town Clerk of Blue Mounds has been contacted and the application process is <br />proceeding with the Town. The <br />adjacent property to the east is RH-4 and is currently used for a single-family home <br />surrounded by agricultural. The property to the South is the Ball property which is <br />currently in CRP. To the North is Blue Rock Road and across the road is agricultural <br />growing soybeans. The adjacent property to the east is our farm(Hansen) which is used <br />for agricultural, growing alfalfa and grass and as a small horse farm operation that is ~ <br />Cltff@mlr ho~rnl11g ~nc1 tr~lnlng hQf~S. The A-2 zoning would allow for potential growth of our current horse farm <br />business and a residential parcel use for an on-site operations home. It would be <br />consistent with what has recently been permitted and compatible with neighborly uses. <br />The schedule for construction has not yet been determined. <br />
