It is apparent that the subject 60.2 acres land parcel, described in <br />R280/S98, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity , <br />prior to the' effective date of A-I Agrictdture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Blue <br />Mounds. However, the subsequent division of this 60.2~ acres land parcel was <br />accomplished without the required change in zoning classification.
