<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10162 EFFECT: JUNE 23, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural district(s) following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10162 <br /> <br />Part of Section 36, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> <br />(A-lEX to A-2) <br />Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 36, T6N, R6E, Town of Blue Mounds, Dane County, Wisconsin more particularly described as <br />follows: commencing at the East 1/4 comer of said Section 36; thence along the South line of the said <br />Northeast 1/4 S90000'00''W, 1002.35 feet to the Westerly right of way line of County Trunk Highway JG <br />and the point of beginning; thence along said right of way line N20022'21 "W, 6.81 feet to a point of <br />curvature; thence continuing along said right of way line along a curve to the left having a radius of <br />450.90 feet and a chord bearing and distance ofN34031 'OO"W, 319.67 feet to a point of tangency; thence <br />continuing along said right of way line N55016'40"W, 156.70 feet to a point of curvature; thence <br />continuing along said right of way line along a curve to the right having a radius of388.30 feet and a <br />chord bearing and distance ofN29041'24"W, 335.41 feet to a point of tangency; thence continuing along <br />said right of way line N04006'08"W, 99.50 feet; thence continuing along said right of way line <br />N85053'52"E, 37.00 feet; thence continuing along said right of way line N04006'08"W, 81.10 feet; thence <br />continuing along said right of way line S85053'52"W, 27.00 feet to a point on a curve; thence continuing <br />along said right of way line along a curve to the left having a radius of 513 .00 feet and a chord bearing <br />and distance ofN18032'11 "W, 255.74 feet to a point of tangency; thence continuing along said right of <br />way line N32058'13"W, 219.40 feet to a point on a curve; thence continuing along said right of way line <br />along a curve to the right having a radius of 322.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of <br />N51033'14"W, 1 00.03 feet to the North line of the said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence along <br />said North line N90000'00''W, 874.26 feet to the Northwest comer of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast <br />1/4; thence along the West line of the said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, SOooOO'OO"E, 99.00 feet; <br />thence S36007'09"E, 1511.53 feet to the said South line of the Northeast 1/4; thence along said South line <br />N90000'00''E, 743.68 feet to the said Westerly right of way line of County Trunk Highway JG and the <br />point of beginning. The above described parcel contains 1,081,499 square feet or 24.827 acres. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances.
