<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10166 EFFECT: JUNE 22, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Perry. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes district(s) following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10166 <br /> <br />Part of Section 05, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> <br />A-1 EX TO RH-2 <br />A PART OF THE N1/2 OF THE NW1/4 OF SECTION 5, T5N, R6E, TOWN OF PERRY, DANE COUNTY, <br />WISCONSIN, MORE FUllY DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NW CORNER OF <br />SAIS SECTION 5; THENCE EAST 1200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 300 <br />FEET; THENCE N 70 deg. W 170 FEET; THENCE S 60 deg. W 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET; <br />THENCE S 30deg. E 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 280 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE N <br />35deg. E 170 FEET; THENCE N 05deg. E 260 FEET; THENCE N 60 deg. E 210 FEET; THENCE WEST <br />360 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 1 0.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br />Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br />prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br />approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br />office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null <br />and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> <br />
