<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10173 EFFECT: AUG. 12~ 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-4 district(s) following described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10173 <br /> <br />Part of Section 13, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> <br />A-lEX TO A-4 <br />Parts of the NE )/,. of the NE )/,. and the NW )/,. of the NE )/,., all in Section 13, T.7N., R.12E., <br />Town of Deerfield, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northeast corner of Section 13; thence SOoo24'39"E, 189 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />SOoo24'39"E, 352 feet to the Northeast comer of Dane County Certified Survey Map number <br />11556; thence N89034'53"W, 785.83 feet; thence S40036'08''W, 153.01 feet; thence <br />N89000'21 "W, 784.33 feet to the Northwest comer of said certified survey; thence <br />N59037'59"W, 132 feet; thence NIl o09'26"E, 306 feet; thence N90oE, 175 feet; thence <br />N19052'30"E, 238 feet; thence N85034'28"E, 136 feet to the Southwest comer of Dane County <br />Certified Survey Map number 9520; thence S87048'27"E, 1241.89 feet; thence S40043'E, 137 <br />feet to the point of beginning. Containing 20.0 acres more or less. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 <br />days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned <br />is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br />Dane County Zoning. <br /> <br />
