<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10175 EFFECT: JULY 281 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Perry. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-4 Residential Homes district(s) following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10175 <br /> <br />Part of Section 04, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> <br />A-lEX TO RH-4 <br />A PART OF THE NWl/4 OF THE SEl/4 OF SECTION 4, T5N, R6E, TOWN OF PERRY, <br />DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING <br />AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID NWl/4, SEl/4; THENCE WEST 1320 FEET; THENCE <br />NORTH 1080 FEET TO THE CIL OF DOCKEN ROAD; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY <br />ALONG SAID CIL TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. The petition shall be amended to the RH -4 Rural Homes Zoning District which would limit <br />the property to one dwelling unit. <br />2. The Certified Survey Map shall designate the building envelope area as approved by the <br />Town of Perry. <br /> <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s islare intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 <br />days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned <br />is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br />Dane County Zoning. <br /> <br />
