Recording of an approved Certified Survey Map with the Dane County Register of Deeds Office. The Certified Survey Map shall <br />designate the building envelope area as approved by the Town of Perry. <br /> <br />· Please inform your surveyor to submit the fmal CSM as soon as possible.
