<br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 10180 EFFECT: AUG. 12,2010 <br /> <br /> <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes district(s) following <br />described land: <br /> <br />PETITION NUMBER: 10180 <br /> <br />Part of Section 21, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> <br />A-lEX TO RH-1 <br />Part of the NE ~ of the NE ~ of Section 21, T.7N., R.12E., Town of Deerfield, Dane County, <br />Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing t the Northeast comer of Section 21; thence <br />S88040'51 "W, 570 feet to the West line of State Trunk Highway 73 and the point of beginning; <br />thence continue S88040'51 "W, 361 feet; thence S02050'14"W, 365 feet; thence N87009'46"E, <br />360 feet to the aforesaid West line of State Highway 73; thence N02050'14"W along said West <br />line, 360 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 3.0 acres more or less. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 <br />days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned <br />is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br />Dane County Zoning. <br /> <br />
