The purpose of this rezone is to <br />adjust the existing lot line between their A-2( 4) and R-3A parcels for zoning setback compliance on <br />the garage located near the east line of the proposed new lot 1 parcel. <br /> <br />Per application guidelines, I am providing the following information: <br />1.
