The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-3A Residential district(s) following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 10188 Part of Section 34, Town of Springfield described as follows: A-2( 4) to R-3A Part of the NW Yt of the SE )I.. of Section 34, T8N, R8E, Town of Springfield, Dane County, Wisconsin being part of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 11215. Commencing at the South 1\4 comer of said Section 34; thence North 1867.05 feet to the North line of said Certified Survey Map; thence N 89059'38" E, 23.86 feet to the point of beginning. Thence Continue N 89059'38" E, 7.89 feet; thence S 00039'39" W, 181.34 feet; thence N 89015'45" W , 8.50 feet; thence N 00051 '21" E, 181.24 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 1485 sq.ft. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
